Segment begins at 19:15 – 8 minutes with The Free Cities Center – Edward Ring with the Pacific Research Institute’s Steven Greenhut.
Edward Ring is a contributing editor and senior fellow with the California Policy Center, which he co-founded in 2013 and served as its first president.
